Beginning and Continuing Ki-Akido Find harmony with your world through a martial art. Ki-Aikido emphasizes the coordination of mind and body in action while flowing instead of conflicting with your world. A true martial art, Ki-Aikido presents a philosophy that can be integrated into everyday life. Self-defense, meditation, breathing, balance, movement, confidence and relaxation are encompassed in this introductory course. Activity classes provide an opportunity to try something new or continue skill development while having fun. Activity classes are committed to enhancing the lifestyles of CSU students, Student Recreation Center Members, and community members through health and fitness. Refunds: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays

Sept 1st - Oct 25th (8 weeks)
$55 CSU student member / SRC member, $71 nonmember
Ki-Aikido will meet for a second session during the Fall 2009 Semester.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00-10:00pm.
October 26 - December 10 (except November 23 & 25) -6 weeks.
$41 CSU Student member/ SRC member $53 nonmember
Pre-registration is required. Exceptions may be made with departmental approval. A $5 late registration fee will be assessed upon approval.
