Learn how to properly train for a 14er (14,000+ foot mountain) and stay in shape for hiking season. This class will focus on muscular strength & endurance as well as cardiovascular endurance, via the use of bodyweight exercises and resistance exercises. Through this class, we hope to enable you with the ability to persevere & complete a 14er within Colorado or anywhere else in the world. Come down & join the fun!
