How do I register for Outdoor Adventure classes and courses? Is there a deadline? You can sign up anytime the Rec Center is open at our Service Desk located immediately to the right of the main entrance. They accept cash, check and Visa/MC. I can't make my OAP course or class. Can I get a refund? How do I request a refund? If you withdraw 10 days before the first class date you can receive a refund (less 20% [max. $10] processing fee). If you withdraw with less than 10 days advance notice, you will not receive a refund.Social Media:

Our classes and courses fill about one week in advance. Be sure to sign up well in advance. If space is available you can sign up 48 hours in advance.
To request a refund visit the Service Desk in the Rec Center and request that a Refund Request be filled out. You'll be notified within 48 hours if you qualify for a refund and how much it will be.
Please note that Colorado State University fiscal policies are in effect for all Campus Rec refunds.

To register for any OAP courses go to the Service Desk in the Student Rec Center. The Service Desk is open anytime the building is open. To register by telephone with a credit card please call (970)491-6359 (ext. 0).
WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND POLICIES?
If you withdraw 10 days before the first class date you can receive a refund (less 20% [max. $10] processing fee). If you withdraw with less than 10 days advance notice, you will not receive a refund. If you agree to be transfered to a future class for whatever reason, you are bound to the 10 days prior notice requirement. To request a refund visit the Service Desk in the Rec Center and request that a Refund Request be filled out. You'll be notified within 48 hours if you qualify for a refund and how much it will be.
